Early season rates from opening day to mid-January are $700 per person for one day or $1,950 for three days (midweek or weekend).

1-DAY PROGRAM
Enjoy a full day in the mountains and a minimum of 12,000 vertical feet guaranteed with guide services, demo powder boards, avalanche equipment and lunch included. We meet early at the heli-barn, run through our safety briefing and avalanche transceiver instruction and then load up to spend the day shredding the kind. It’s the best way to have the greatest ski day of the season, or decade, or maybe, lifetime. The One-Day package is available throughout the week.

This package takes care of it all: one night at the Freestone Inn, breakfast and dinner at the Inn, and all the features of our one-day program. A great way for those with limited time to sample the hospitality and charm of the Methow Valley along with the stunning snow and mountains of the North Cascades.

1-DAY SKIING/RIDING PACKAGE WITH WESTSIDE PICK-UP
All the features of the One-Day package (demo skis not available unless pre-arranged) with helicopter roundtrip transportation from our pick-up landing (only 2 hours from Seattle) on the North Cascades Highway. With a good weather forecast, we’ll meet a party of four with guide, pilot and heli at our landing zone near the town of Marblemount. An unbelievably spectacular 20-minute flight across the North Cascades National Park puts your group on the top of the first of many runs. At the end of the powder session, we whisk you back to your car and you will be home that evening. Not bad for a day’s outing!
Our Westside pick-up option is similar to traveling to a ski area for the day except for your chairlift is a helicopter with no lift lines and plenty of untracked slopes at your disposal.

EXCLUSIVE USE The helicopter is yours for the day. This is an excellent option for private groups who either charge hard all day or want the freedom and privacy that only a private charter can offer. Do the math (we can help!) and you’ll see that if you want to ski an incredible amount of vertical, the exclusive use charter just might be your ticket to ride. Includes exclusive use of the helicopter, guide services, avalanche equipment, and demo powder boards. Cost: $4,000 per flight hour. A minimum of 1.5 hours of flight time per day is required for the first load, 2.5 hours per day for two loads and 3 hours per day forthree loads. 1-DAY BACKCOUNTRY TOUR
Spend a full day touring for turns after a helicopter drop-off early in the morning at a spectacular and remote highpoint in the mountains. Forget about the three to five hour uphill approaches – we leave the climbing skins in the pack on this tour because soon after departing the heli-barn, we’re taking a run!
Following your guide, you and your group will tour to your heart’s desire while covering backcountry travel skills. If pounding out the vertical is what you want, then have at it! Or perhaps an adventurous tour among the peaks is more your cup of tea. We can curtail the day to fit your dreams and desires.
At the end of the day and one last run, the helicopter arrives to whisk the group back to the barn for a few pints of some Twisp River Pub ales. Now that’s a tour!

1-DAY NORDIC SUPER TOUR
This is the classic tour that started it all. A fun and exciting outing that is particularly popular with cross-country skiers. We fly 4,000 feet above Mazama to Goat Peak then spend the day making runs and touring before skiing back down to our base area via groomed forest service roads. Includes one-way helicopter flight, guide services, and avalanche gear.

4-DAY BACKCOUNTRY YURT TRIP
This is a superb adventure that allows our guests to really enjoy the backcountry experience. We fly to our cozy yurt located deep in the Cascades at 6,000 feet, unload our gear and fly up to a nearby peak for a quick run since we have the heli there. After that it is four days of skiing and exploring some of the finest touring terrain around. Includes roundtrip helicopter flight, guide services and three nights at the yurt with delicious wholesome meals. You and up to seven friends bring your own assortment of beverages, clothes, equipment and a sleeping bag for mining in the goods at our backcountry stash. Escape to the Barron yurt and see what brings groups back year after year.

FLIGHT-SEEING
Take an excursion into the skies over the majestic North Cascades in wintertime. No skiing skills required! After a safety briefing, your group of four or five will liftoff over the valley for an incredible scenic flight. If conditions allow, we’ll land and bask in the views. This is a stunning way to celebrate a winter visit to the Methow Valley.
